서울 서초구 서초구‘아크로 드 서초’(신동아아파트 재건축)가 1순위 청약에서 서울 민간분양주택 역대 최고 경쟁률을 나타냈다.
1일 한국부동산원 청약홈에 따르면 아크로 드 서초는 이날 1순위 청약에서 30채 모집에 3만2973명이 신청해 평균 1099.1 대 1의 경쟁률을 보였다.이는 서울에서 분양한 민간 아파트 단지 가운데 역대 최고 경쟁률이다.2024년 10월 분양한 서울 강남구 대치동‘디에이치 대치 에델루이가 1순위 청약에서 1025.5 대 1의 평균 경쟁률을 기록했던 것보다 높다.다만 공공분양까지 포함할 경우 2024년 10월 한국토지주택공사(LH)가 서울 동작구 수도방위사령부 부지에 공급한 본청약 평균 경쟁률 1147.9 대 1에는 미치지 못했다.
